These are really sharp photos. What are you scanning your film with?
They were scanned straight from the film at target. for $3.00 you can get the negatives processed and it put on a target cd at 1500x1000.
I guess I am just amazed. Was there any sharpening done afterward. I had some of my slides mailed off to be scanned by a nikon 5000 at 4000dpi and I still wasn't all that impressed compared to looking at the actual slide or blowing the image up to 10 feet on a slide projector
All I did was adjust the vibrancy of the color. The flash washed some of that out. I think target's scanner scans straight from the film when they develop it so there is not that much lost in transfer. Now every time I get my film developed im getting the cd... 1.99 for 24 1500x1000 digitals is not bad at all.

The one of my wife reading is not adjusted at all.
what film are you using?
